The KTR shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to effectively perform herbicide and pesticide services at the specified locations and to standards as defined in this Performance Work Statement. All pesticide shall be applied in strict accordance with manufacture s product labeling. If lake water is used for dilution in tank mixture, batched herbicides must be applied within 30 minutes of mixing with water. The Contractor will ensure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer (KO) or the authorized representative of the Contracting Officer (COR), if applicable.
