Summary

AI-generated · Jan 09, 2026

Provide a range of items required for H-65 helicopters as commercial parts, to be procured under a firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded to Airbus Helicopters, Inc. Only brand-name items will be considered, and every part must be traceable to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Parts must be new, FAA-approved, and include a clear, auditable paper trail from the OEM to the current location. A Certificate of Conformance is required, and offerors must provide documentation showing traceability to the manufacturer and the manufacturer’s COC; if a non-OEM source is proposed, traceability to the manufacturer must be demonstrated prior to award (for example, an OEM quote with pricing redacted).

Key requirements include the items being described in an attached Schedule of Supplies, with no drawings or schematics being provided by USCG. Proposals will be evaluated per the attached criteria and clauses, and only airworthy parts meeting FAA guidelines or standard military specifications will be approved. This is a sole-source, non-open competition scenario, and the awarded items must come from the OEM or fully traceable to the OEM.
