Summary

AI-generated · Dec 24, 2025

Six One-Net Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) plus toner and supplies are being procured for Diego Garcia (via Japan). The procurement is unrestricted and will result in a firm-fixed-price contract. Offers will be evaluated on price, technical acceptability (pass/fail with the attached SOW/Salient Characteristics), and past performance, with the award made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach—i.e., the lowest-price offer that meets the minimum technical requirements will win. Invoices will be processed through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and the award will be documented on an SF-1449.

Quotations must include all required itemized information and certifications: company name and contact details, DUNS and CAGE codes, unit and extended prices, technical information showing the product meets minimum requirements, signed acknowledgments of amendments (if any), and the required representations and certifications (or indicate completion in SAM). Submissions and questions are to be directed to the designated contracting point of contact by the stated deadline. Review of the SOW and Salient Characteristics attached to the posting is required to understand the detailed specifications.
