Pumping, Cleaning, and Servicing of Grease Traps on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii W912CN25QA025

The 413th Contract Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii (RCO-HI) has identifed a follow-on requirement of pumping, cleaning, and servicing grease traps at various U.S. Army Installtions on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) service contract, with a set-side of 100% Small Business. This acquisition will be solicited under the National Amercian Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562998, Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services with a small size standard of $16.5 million and PSC S222 Housekeeping-Waste Treatment/Storage. RCO-HI anticipates issuing the Request for Quote (RFQ) W912CN-25-Q-A025 on or about 6/25/2025 or earlier. Please note these dates are subject to change. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFQ package and any amendments. The RFQ and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at the SAM.gov website under Contracting Opportunitities. Upon release of the RFQ, potential contractors will be encouraged to submit questions on or about 7/10/2025 at 2:00pm Hawaii Standard Time (HST). There will be no site visit sheduled for this requirement. Completed Quote Package are due on or about 7/24/2025 and be submitted to Angela McColor at angela.u.mccolor.civ@army.mil.
