Product Service Code F014 - Natural Resources / Conservation - Tree Thinning. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type purchase order. The project consists of mastication / mulching of pinyon-juniper forests and seeding. The project lies approximately 10 miles north/northwest of Navajo Lake Dam, NM. All project boundaries reside within BLM lands. Grid Coordinates are as follows: Township 32 North, Range 8 West, Sections 27, 28, 33, 34 and 35.
