However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requireement with the commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Due to system constraints, it may take as long as 3 business days from the stated issue date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS. Technical drawings/bid set are available. While price may be a signfiicant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evalusted according to "best value" procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance, and Delivery. DLA has enhanced its Jount Certification Program (JCP) regustration and validation procedures.
