The purpose of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) Request for Information (RFI) is to educate USPTO about the capabilities and offerings of commercial sources to offer comprehensive Asset Manager Support Services which includes extensive use of the ServiceNow platform. The responses to this RFI should provide USPTO management with an understanding of each firms experience and the range of services provided. This will allow USPTO management to conduct thorough market research, identify suitable providers, and make informed decisions.
