The Consulate intends to conduct a pre-quotation site visit on July 08th, 2025, at 11:00am (Pakistan standard time). Offerors interested in attending must e-mail: KRCprocurementContracting@state.gov below details on or before July 03rd, 2025, 15:00Hrs. Full name/s, CNIC/s, Vehicle make, Vehicle model, Vehicle color, Vehicle registration # & Cell/phone contact#. Only two persons from each firm may participate in the pre-proposal site visit. Following the site visit all relevant questions must be submitted no later than COB 11th July 2025 Quotations are due by July 21st, 2025, 15:00Hrs (Pakistan standard time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically to Krcprocurementcontracting@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format not to exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
