The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment as required for the demolition of one roll up door and upgrade manual chain mechanism to electric motor ran openers for the Hobby shop building on USCG Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23703 per the attached Statement of Work. All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify any/all quantities and sizes before submitting bids. Proposals must be received by email no later than the specified date and time listed in block 10 of the SF-18 solicitation document to Cristina.p.mesen@uscg.mil EVALUATION CRITERIA: The government will award a contract resulting from this request for quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ is the Lowest price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. The lowest priced quote will be evaluated on technical acceptability, if it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified.
