The grant of the license would be for the manufacture, use and sale of vacuum and pressure measurement and metrology technology described in US Patent No. 9,719,878. DATES: The prospective exclusive license may be granted unless NIST receives, by September 3, 2025, written evidence and argument which establish that the grant of the license would not be consistent with the requirements of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7.
