Summary

AI-generated · Oct 09, 2025

Provide an Expression of Interest from qualified subcontractors to help BEA implement a new property management system. The system must be flexible enough to integrate with BEA’s existing infrastructure, manage the full property lifecycle (including the excess materials process), and allow users to create/modify fields, update asset records, and access a scalable solution as asset inventories grow. It should feature an intuitive user experience, integration with tracking technology, and an auditable timeline of all asset transactions and events. A restricted-access excess materials database must be fully integrated with BEA’s Active Records database, and the system should support build-out of workflows and business process forms.

This EOI is the initial step to identify qualified vendors; selected respondents may be invited to participate in a formal RFP. Submittals should include a company overview with relevant recent experience and evidence that both the business and the software are FEDRAMP certified, kept under five pages in length. The formal RFP will include additional, more specific requirements.
