Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is soliciting for propane gas, not-to-exceed (NTE) 22,000 gallons for a base year and one (1) option year. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation.
