The Corps of Engineers Kansas City District is soliciting comments from the construction community addressing the potential use of Project Labor Agreements (PLA) for a large scale construction project (between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000) located at Whiteman AFB, MO. This was previously submitted under Solicitation #W912DQ25RA006 for which responses were received. WE are asking for updated responses now that projects have been advertised in the area with a PLA requirement that were not successful and need updated input from industry to be able to make informed decisions.
