Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for H9240226RE003, Program Manager Counterproliferation (PMCP) Service Support Contract The Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (SOF AT&L) core mission is to provide rapid and focused acquisition, technology, and logistics support to SOF Warfighters.
