Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) Strategic Information Technology (IT) Division operating under Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Senior Contracting Official's authority is investigating the market capability to provide sustainment support for Product Lead Logistics Information Systems (PL LIS) Radio Frequency-In-Transit Visibility (RF-ITV) program. RF-ITV is an Army system that provides global in-transit visibility for the identification, movement, and tracking of assets for unit move and sustainment cargo for the entire Department of War. Support of RF-ITV includes maintaining the global active radio frequency identification (aRFID) equipment, supporting the day to day operations for the RF-ITV Production, COOP, Trainer, and Development/Test Environments to include all cybersecurity, engineering, and system administration needed for the hardware and software, 24/7 service desk supporting both the RF-ITV and TC AIMS systems, program management, agile software development for all servers, portals, and applications used on the program.
