Portland Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS) is seeking responsible vendors to provide the lease and support of seven (7) multifunction devices (MFDs) to Chemawa Indian Health Center, Western Oregon Service Unit (WOSU) located in Salem, Oregon. Please see the attached Statement of Work for additional details. The anticipated period of performance is 9/1/2025 8/31/2026 (one year), and may include up to four (4) option periods of one year each. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of all qualified native small businesses, small businesses, or large businesses: (2) whether they are: HUBZone small businesses: service-disable, veteran owned small businesses; (8a) small businesses; veteran-owned small businesses; woman-owned small businesses; or small disadvantaged businesses; and (3) their size classification according to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532420 and the small business size standard is $40 million.
