We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit, it will be held on February 11, 2026 at 01:00 PM (Amman Time) at the US Embassy Amman located in Abdoun, Al-Umawyeen Street. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Hebah Fadli (Email: fadlihf@state.gov , Mobile: 00962 79 012 4191) to provide company name, attendee s names and copy of IDs before February 10, 2026 at 02:00 PM (Amman Time). Only two representatives per company are allowed. Prospective offerors/quoters are required to submit all questions in writing to AmmanRFQQuestions@state.gov by February 16, 2026 at 02:00 PM (Amman Time). The questions and the Government's answers will be publicly available on the Embassy website. Quotations are due by February 25, 2026 at 4:30 PM (Amman Time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to AmmanRFQ@state.gov It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
