Preventive Maintenance Program and Work Orders for the High Quality Water (HQW) and Feed Water Facilities in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY N4008425B0414

1. Recurring Work: The Contractor shall maintain, repair, and alter the High Quality Water (HQW) and Feed Water Facilities Bldg.5229 to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition. a) Service Orders: The Contractor shall perform E/U/R work in a timely manner to ensure High Quality Water (HQW) and Feed Water Facilities are fully functional, in normal working condition and function properly in accordance with specified standards. b) Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program: The Contractor shall develop and implement a PM program for High Quality Water (HQW) and Feed Water Facilities to ensure proper operation to minimize breakdowns, and to maximize useful life. 2. Non-Recurring Work: Non-recurring work may be ordered utilizing a Task Order for specified ELINs for task listings, descriptions and related requirements

Except where otherwise stated, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services outlined below and described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Commander Navy Region Japan (CNRJ) to include the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), and outlying areas supported by this installation, by means of a performance-based contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items.
