The government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. A site visit will be held on August 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the US Embassy in Dar es Salaam. Please send no more than two names of attendees to email DarProcurementBid@state.gov not later than August 15, 2025. at 10:00 a.m. Dar es Salaam local time to arrange access to the compound. Quotations are due by September 03, 2025. at 05:00 p.m. East Africa time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Please submit your quotation electronically to DarProcurementbid@state.gov in MS Word 2016/365, MS Excel 2016/365, or PDF format. Each email, including attachments, must not exceed 30MB.
