The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for Preventive Maintenance for Zeiss Axiovert 200 MAT Metallograph & Olympus GX71 Inverted Metallurgical Microscope for Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13.
