This requirement will be solicited on a Full and Open basis. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210, with a small business size standard of $34 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J066. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or around March 12, 2026. Performance is tentatively expected to begin on May 5, 2026.
