The proposed project consists of the following: The contractor will provide preventative maintenance and repair services for site wide gates and barriers on NIST, Boulder, Campus. This project is to perform preventative/corrective maintenance on four traffic gates, three rolling gates, and two pop-up barriers at the Boulder campus and one rolling gate at the Fort Collins site for a one-year period, and for four optional one-year periods to comply with current standards on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) site. This requirement is assigned a NAICS code of 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of $25.0 million for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Boulder, Colorado. Submit Interest and Capability (to include cut sheets, drawings, previous installation examples, etc.) shall be limited to 20 pages (Times New Roman, 12-point font, 8-1/2 x 11. Cut sheets and drawings are acceptable as 11 x 17) and submitted via e-mail to the contract specialist listed in this notice. All correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads "Source Sought: Gates and Barriers PMs and Repair". If this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through e-mail filters. Filters are designed to delete emails without a subject or with a suspicious subject or attachment.
