Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires vehicle insurance coverage of all the U.S. government official vehicles. The Government plans to issue the solicitation at the end of February 2026. The solicitation will be posted on the SAM.GOV. No paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.

RFQ Number: 19KS7026Q0018 U.S. Government-owned vehicle insurance services for the U.S. Embassy Seoul, Korea. The offeror shall provide insurance coverage and management of the related services for all the U.S. Government owned official vehicles located in the American Embassy Seoul, Consulate Busan and Department of Homeland Security/Container Security Initiative (DHS/CSI) Busan. The U.S. Government owned official vehicles will be driven by any person approved or designated by the U.S. Government; i.e. U.S. Government employees and contractors with Korean driver s license or International driving permit and U.S. military people with International driving permit. The offeror shall address its plan to obtain all licenses and permits required by local law. If offeror already possesses the locally required licenses and permits, a copy shall be provided.
