The 633d Contracting Squadron intends to solicit a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Refrigeration Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services in Joint Base Langley Air Force Base. This proposed procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. The period of performance will be for one base year and four one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $47M. The RFP release date is on or about 10 September 2025 and will close 21 days thereafter.
