AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of the amendment to reschedule the site visit and extend the date for industry to submit questions. 1.) A site visit will be conducted at Whitney Lake Project Office, 285 CR 3602, Clifton, TX on 08 April 2026 at 1:00 PM CT. 2.) Questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than 10 April 2026/ 10:00 A.M. C.T. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
