This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combines synopsis/solicitation number is FY253342018 and is being issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 January 17, 2025. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $19.0 million. The Government is seeking quotes to provide HVAC services. The project is located at the United States International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) Presidio Field Office 110 S. DOD Ave. Presidio TX, 79845-0848. SITE VISIT: SITE VISITS WILL BE HELD JULY 15 - 16, 9 AM to 12PM and 1 PM to 3PM. Presidio, Tx is a remote community on the Texas/Mexico border. Contractors are encouraged to conduct a site visit. Award may be awarded without discussion, but the Government reserves the right to negotiation of a fair and reasonable price.
