This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The contractor is hereby advised that the United States Government and Agencies thereof are exempt from State and Local Government tax by virtue of Article 6 of the United States Constitution.
