Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source, Firm?Fixed?Price (FFP) contract to Keysight Technology Inc for the Calibration & Repair of Nine (9) Government?owned measurement and test equipment: N9923A FieldFox RF Vector Network Analyzer N9918A FieldFox 26.5 GHz Microwave Analyzer U2065XA USB Wide Dynamic Range Peak and Average Power Sensor 10MHz 50GHz U2065XA USB Wide Dynamic Range Peak and Average Power Sensor 10MHz 50GHz U2065XA USB Wide Dynamic Range Peak and Average Power Sensor 10MHz 50GHz U2065XA USB Wide Dynamic Range Peak and Average Power Sensor 10MHz 50GHz U2065XA USB Wide Dynamic Range Peak and Average Power Sensor 10MHz 50GHz U2065XA USB Wide Dynamic Range Peak and Average Power Sensor 10MHz 50GHz U2065XA USB Wide Dynamic Range Peak and Average Power Sensor 10MHz 50GHz This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance), which has a size standard of $34 million, and PSC J066 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Instruments and Laboratory Equipment). The anticipated award will include one (1) Base Year of performance in 2026. Services include all labor, materials, OEM parts, calibration standards, traceability documentation, and certifications necessary to meet the Government s technical requirements. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or around Friday March 20, 2026.
