All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to the RFQ when it is issued; all timely quotations received in accordance with the RFQ will be considered by the Government. The RFQ will state the quotation due date, performance schedule, evaluation factors, site access requirements, and all applicable terms and conditions. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price contract or purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the RFQ and is lowest priced technically acceptable. The Government may make award based on initial quotations without requesting quotation revisions. The Government anticipates conducting a site visit. The RFQ will provide the date, time, attendance procedures, security requirements, and other access instructions. Access to the residence will be limited to authorized participants and coordinated by the Embassy.
