Summary

AI-generated · Jul 07, 2026

Delineated requirement: procure D-49/ALE-47 1x1 and 1x2 Dispenser systems for Lot Acceptance Testing to support FY2027 through FY2030 for Navy and other customers. The work will be issued as a delivery order on a sole-source basis to BAE Systems under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement, since BAE is the sole designer, manufacturer, and integrator with the necessary data and capabilities to fulfill the requirement without delays or duplication of costs.

Capability statements are welcome to assess whether a competitive procurement could be feasible. While a sole-source award is intended, submissions will be evaluated to determine competitiveness. Subcontracting opportunities may exist, and interested parties should contact BAE Systems directly. Inquiries or capability statements should be submitted in writing to the designated point of contact via email.
