The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires Multilateral Summit Planning Services to manage the setup and organization of a multi-day summit, including logistical support for all conference participants from Korea and other Asian countries with travel to the United States in summer 2026. The Government plans to issue the solicitation at the end of August 2025. The solicitation will be posted on https://www.sam.gov and the Embassy website. No paper copies will be made available. September 8, 2025 Dear prospective quoters: SUBJECT: Solicitation Number 19KS7025Q0052, Multilateral Summit Planning Services Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Multilateral Summit Planning Services for the U.S. Embassy, Seoul, Korea. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Embassy Seoul intends to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The pre-quotation conference will be held on September 10, 2025 at 10:00 Korea Standard Time.
