Bulk Fuel supply for U.S. Embassy Harare, Zimbabwe 19Z11525Q0008

The solicitation is for supply and delivery of Bulk Fuel (namely Diesel and Petrol) to U.S. Embassy Harare. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with economic price adjustments.

The solicitation is for supply and delivery of Bulk Fuel (namely Diesel and Petrol) to U.S. Embassy Harare in Zimbabwe. The Contractor shall provide bulk low-Sulphur diesel 50ppm and unleaded petrol with a minimum octane level 93 RON to the United States Embassy in Harare, Zimbabwe. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-3 and 52.228-5), overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to supply and deliver the fuel to the American Embassy Harare. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
