This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order if the responsive quote is technically acceptable and reasonably priced. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotes, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions if it is in the best interest of the Government to do so. Unless an exception in FAR 4.1102 applies, your company must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for an award.
