The awarded contract is for the supplies or services for which the Government solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of Title 10, U.S. Code 2304 (c)(l), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, 'Only One Responsible Source', and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
