This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket St, Newington, NH 03801. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH Air National Guard requires the following items: CLIN 0001: ADA Compliant Portable Restrooms (QTY= 25 EA) Insured for damage. With a supply of toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and urinals included. Delivered 03 September 2025 - picked up 08 September 2025 CLIN 0002: Economy Portable Restrooms (QTY = 175 EA) Insured for damage. With a supply of toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and urinals included. Delivered 03 September 2025 - picked up 08 September 2025 CLIN 0003: Portable Hand Washing Stations (QTY= 50 EA) Insured for damage. With an internal/ on-board supply of water, soap, and hand towels. Delivered 03 September 2025 - picked up 08 September 2025 CLIN 0004: Cleaning/Flushing of All Portable Restrooms (QTY= 1 Job) Service for all portable restrooms starting on Saturday morning 06 September through duration of event between 0500-0800hrs.
