Polling Survey for U.S. Embassy Singapore 19SN1025Q0038
Summary
AI-generated · Aug 23, 2025Polling survey services for the U.S. Embassy Singapore are being procured. The contract will be firm-fixed-price and awarded to the lowest-priced acceptable offer from a responsible source; the government may conduct discussions only if the offer falls within the competitive range. Proposals must be submitted electronically in English by the deadline, in one of the specified formats (Word, Excel, or PDF) with a maximum total size of 30 MB; larger submissions must be split across separate emails. In addition to the quotation, submit SF-1449 Section I, Pricing, and Representations and Certifications, and provide proof of SAM registration, which is required prior to award.
Earlier notice indicated the procurement would be issued on SAM.gov and that Singapore regulatory compliance would be required, with awards based on initial offers and no discussions unless in the competitive range. The current RFQ adds concrete submission instructions, a firm deadline, and explicit document requirements, confirming the low-price, initial-offer award approach while preserving the possibility of discussions in the competitive range.
