This will be a competitive Total Small Business Set Aside firm-fixed-priced contract. The contracting officer has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. This solicitation is being issued on a competitive basis. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of quote, offerors must follow the instructions contained herein. Failure to meet a requirement may result in offeror being ineligible for award. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled at Building 693, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama on Thursday, 31 July 2025, at 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees' names will need to be submitted by 25 August 2025, at 12:00 PM CDT. In addition to the attendee's name (as reflected on their driver's license), include title and a telephone number for each individual.
