GENERAL INFORMATION: Insitu, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the UAS, and is the only available source known to possess technical data, unique logistics support experience, sufficient knowledge and familiarity with the design and related specifications of the RQ-21A and ScanEagle UAS. Insitu has the requisite knowledge, experience and capabilities to perform the required technical efforts within the required timeframe. This synopsis is published for information purposes only. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
