Insitu has the requisite knowledge, experience and capabilities to perform the required technical efforts within the required timeframe. This synopsis is published for information purposes only. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
