This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; responses/quotes are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461326Q0001, as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, & FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332420, with a small business standard of 750 employees. The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to a single contractor. The Government only intends to award one BPA. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 2025-06 effective 10/01/2025, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 11/10/2025 and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) effective 10/16/2024. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: 90 CES is requesting the leasing of 146 air cylinders for use at 15 Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) and within the Missile Facility Maintenance (Sites Zone) Shop at F.E. Warren AFB. Below is the list of needed cylinders: AI-BR-K 250 CF (Breathing Air) 144 each NI-Q 1 each OX-S 1 each The leasing of the gas cylinders also includes the recertification of the tanks as needed by industry standards.
