The service agreement shall include full-service annual preventive maintenance (PMs), repairs, replacement of parts as necessary, labor, and travel. Emergency services shall consist of 24/7 repairs, technical support, weekends, and federal holidays. *DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTE OR ANY PRICING INFORMATION TO THIS NOTICE*

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), under NAICS code 811210 Medical and surgical equipment repair and maintenance services, by the Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Indian Health Services (IHS) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (Soliciting from a Single Source). The requirement is for a contractor to provide PM and Repair Services on ASP Sterilizer System for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
