The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Picnic Shelter Roof Replacements, Otter Brook Lake and Surry Mountain Lake, Keene and Surry, NH. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor materials and equipment necessary to remove, dispose, and replace the existing asphalt shingle roofs on the Pine Shelter at Otter Brook Lake and the Maple Shelter at Surry Mountain Lake. The Government may choose to exercise up to three (3) option tasks with the same scope of work on the Alder shelter at Otter Brook Lake, and the Birch and Aspen Shelters at Surry Mountain Lake. The Government may elect to exercise no option tasks, or any combination of option tasks. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work.
