Description United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, Seattle, WA intends to issue a Request for Quote, firm-fixed price award for to support the water quality sampling program at Chief Joseph, Libby, Albeni Falls, Howard Hanson, and Mud Mountain Dams. This will be a non-personal services contract to provide plankton analytical services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Government intends to Award this requirement as a 100% Small business set aside. IAW Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 12.201(c)(2) the Government may solicit quotations directly from suppliers for this acquisition at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. Responding to this notice does not guarantee that a vendor will receive the RFQ. It is the vendor s responsibility to notify the point of contact below of their interest in this opportunity. Estimated Solicitation posting date is on or around 04 March 2026. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of identifying small business vendors with the capability to perform the requirement. The Government will not pay for any information received. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated service can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capabilities and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
