Perform Biannual Maintenance and Calibration on Two Laser Wire Marking Machines 70Z03826QK0000001

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826QK0000001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-06, effective 1 October 2025. The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) plans to award one (1) Purchase Order (PO) consisting of one (1) one-year base period, and if exercised, two (2) one-year option periods. IAW FAR 6.302-1(b)(2), USCG ALC plans to negotiate only with Spectrum Technologies LTD (CAGE Code U9945) as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and only known source authorized to provide the required services. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210. The small business size standard is $34 million in annual average receipts. This is an unrestricted requirement. This requirement is for the biannual maintenance and calibration of two (2) Laser Wire Marking Machines located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a sole source basis for the services listed in the attached Schedule of Services. Concerns having the expertise and required qualifications to provide these services, are invited to submit offers IAW the requirements stipulated in this solicitation.
