The contractor shall provide the necessary, personnel, equipment, transportation, and materials required to repair or replace asphalt and concrete pavements located on the Air National Guard Base in St. Joseph MO. Various areas on Base will have either full depth asphalt replacement or topcoat mill and overlay of asphalt. Pavement replacement will include remarking of all pavements.
