The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, size standard is $34 Million. Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. Description of Services: See attached PWS. The Government anticipates this procurement to be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. The Department of Veterans Affairs is in the process of determining the acquisition strategy for Preventive Maintenance and Repair of Patient Lifting Devices for VA Palo Alto Health Care System with location in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Livermore, Fremont, Marina, Modesto, and San Jose California. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair for Patient Lifts and Scales services. The solicitation number assigned is 36C26126Q0377. This acquisition is a total SDVOSB set aside. The NAICS code is 811210 and the size standard is $34 million. The period of performance is August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2031, which consists of a base year plus four option years. The solicitation package and attachments have been uploaded to this notice. The proposal instructions are contained in provision 52.212-1 and the evaluation factors are provided in provision 52.212-2. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract.
