The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541199 All Other Legal Services, and PSC R498 Support Professional: Patent and Trademark. The anticipated period of performance will be five (5) year from the Date of Award of a firm fixed price BPA. It is anticipated that the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or around 20 January 2026 via the Government Point of Entry (GPE). If your company has the capability to perform these required services, please provide the following information: 1.) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization. 2.) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. 3.) Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. 4.) Size of business - Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), Hubzone, Woman-owned and/or Veteran-owned.
