This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This action is being solicited as unrestricted on GSA eBuy. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310- Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $13 Million. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis and tradeoffs are not permitted. Award will be made on an all or none basis. An offeror must quote on all items in this solicitation to be eligible for award. Clause 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition and has been included. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technically Capable and will be evaluated as Acceptable or Unacceptable. Element 1 - The contractor shall have personnel with a valid Commercial Driers License and required Hazardous Materials (H) endorsement. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Additional information can be found within the clause. The USAYPG Maintenance Division has a requirement for a total of 23 parts washers. Of the 23 parts washers 20 parts washers are leased, and 3 parts washers are government owned. The contractor shall provide MIL-PRF- 680 TY II solvent, brand name or equivalent, for 23 parts washers throughout the installation. Services shall be performed as listed in PWS para. 7.3. Period of performance is for a one year base period with two (2) one-year option periods. Offerors must provide a Unit Price and Total Extended Price (Net Amount) for all CLINs. Payment will be made by Government Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). This solicitation is being issued under Request for Quote number W9124R-25-Q-A014.
