This includes, but is not limited to, proper alignment, secure fastening, and correct wiring (if applicable). The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that the installation process is performed safely and efficiently, minimizing disruption to building occupants and operations. It is anticipated that the Automatic Door Repair Services will be a one time purchase order, (Firm Fixed-Price) type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors (Automated and revolving door installation). The Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort is Z1QA. Capability Statements shall be limited to no more than five pages and shall clearly state the following: Capability in automatic door repair services on a similar scope and scale as Edwards AFB. Offerors who cannot provide historical information for their company regarding automatic door services of similar scope/scale should provide corresponding information to show how your company would meet the requirements of the PWS. This information should provide a strong level of confidence to the Government that an offeror would meet or exceed the performance requirements outlined in the PWS. Contractor personnel shall be certified by appropriate federal and state regulatory agencies to meet specified certification requirements to include an American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturing (AAADM) Training Certificate as an AAADM Certified Inspector current and renewed annually. All work will be performed by personnel who are trained and qualified for the systems and equipment being worked on. AAADM Identification Card accompanied by a corresponding valid proof of identification shall be current and carried by personnel at all times during the Period of Performance of this contract with Edwards AFB It is anticipated that the Automatic Door Repair Services will be a one time purchase order, (Firm Fixed-Price) type contract.
