1. This requirement is in support of US Naval HospitalSigonella in Italy. 2. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA)Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast (HCD-NE) intends to award one FirmFixe Price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12- Acquisition of CommercialProducts and Commercial Services to the responsible offeror whose offerconforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government,price and other factors considered. 3. To be accepted and eligible for evaluation, quotationsmust be prepared in compliance with these instructions and all the terms andconditions contained in this document. 4. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. 5. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be in writing, directed to Ms. Cinthia G.
