NAICS Code: 621112 Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists a. If a different NAICS code is suggested, please include the proposed NAICS code and rationale. 2. Description of request: The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, Ute Mountain Ute Service Unit (UMUSU), is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing child and adolescent psychiatric services through a Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) under a non-personal healthcare services contract on a part-time basis.
